      Jaw muscles, TMJ:
      Put your fingers on your head so your thumbs are behind your ears. Press into the back of your jaw next to the skull and hold that pressure. After 30 seconds slowly raise your head until your neck is fully extended then open your mouth as far as you can. Release the pressure but hold your head and mouth like that for another 30 seconds.
      If you still have the headache after that is released then you still have tight muscles in your neck and to get rid of that pain you have to release the muscles in your neck. Here's how to do that:
      Neck
      Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your head. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. After 45 seconds, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
      With your neck in the lowered position, replace your thumbs in under the ears and your fingers behind your head but right next to your skull this time.     How do I not look so tired all the time?
    I'm only 16, but because of my busy schedule and sever insomnia, I always look so haggard! It's really becoming annoying, because I'm normally confident and outgoing, but lately, I just feel like I look so crappy, and my self confidence has sort of gone down.       First baby girl, get sleep! Use maybe a Benadryl as long as it's ok with parents. They use this for old people because they work and don't have a lot of side effects. Take it early enough so you don't feel groggy in the morning. Then get rid of all caffeine products unless it's one drink early in the morning when you get up...no more. Do not drink diet anything. Get OJ, or grape (real) juice or just plain water after that. It hydrates you and keeps you from getting headaches and feeling so fatigued. Then make sure you eat properly. Not sit down dinners but keep raisins for iron, nuts, carrots, dried fruit, seeds and yogurt or cheese and a few grain crackers and nibble all day on fresh things as you get them. Go to lunch at the grocery store. They all have salads now. They are fast and good for you. No excuse, have apples with you. Take a good multi vitamin mineral and take extra calcium and magnesium....it is the sleep mineral. It really works! Now. Use Witch Hazel from the dollar store and clean your face every am and pm with it. Don't cake on make up. Buy some tinted moisture...or just take some lotion and mix a little with your makeup to thin it as you put it on, this keeps it from drying and cracking and causing you to look older and dried up. Now, take the time to breathe. Every time you are sitting, take good deep breaths in, the abdomen out all the way and full of air. Then exhale it all out until you pull your tummy muscles in and get all that bad air out. Do this anytime you think of it. We get so stressed we forget to breathe, really....I know what you mean. You can also use a small spray bottle to freshen up your face during the day....spritz it on and leave it to dry...moisture and refreshing. Remember the diet soda...no no no.       Hi, I'm sorry you have to go through this horrible ordeal. I have a terrible history of anxiety attacks. Mine come at times of stress. Before you rush in to looking for a 'rescue remedy', we should find out the 'root' of your problem so that we can rid of your anxiety forever. What triggered the first attack, do you remember? The best trick to ridding your anxiety is knowing that there is nothing to be afraid of these attack. You will not die. If you tell yourself that you are not scared of the attack, and breathe slowly, don't fight it, let it pass, than it will get better in time, trust me. You are getting the attack because you are afraid of it and you are trying to fight it.

      Don't fight it, go outside, sit down and take long deep breaths.
      There is a special way to breathing. Make sure you are breathing down to your navel and not jus your chest. Breathing to only your chest is what creates anxiety. if you learn patience and meditation, your symptom will go away within a minute or two and you will not get an attack.
      Just sit with your head down, close your eyes, breath very slowly, the slower you breathe, the calmer your mind will be. Remember that you are causing these attacks which means you do have the power to stop it. Practice your breathing as often as possible so you are prepared when your symptoms come back.

      Whatever you do avoid meds. Do NOT take them. I found that meditation works instantly and there is no side effects, only benefits.

      And even if you do rid of the attacks, it is important you continue practice your breathing every single day. I took it for granted I will never get them again but I did and it was horrible. So please practice your breathing everyday so you are always aware and prepared.

    Its really quite obnouxious to the point where you dont even want to be in the same room with him. Is there any remedies to this?

      Feed him a species appropriate diet. Gas is a byproduct of digestion and will increase (and smell more) if he eats food that his digestive tract is not equipped to deal with.

      Dogs are not able to digest carbohydrates and cellulose properly as they do not have the necessary enzymes or intestinal length to do so.

      Try changing to a more natural diet of RAW meat, edible bone and offal and see if that makes a difference. I'm sure you will be amazed at the difference it will make to his farts, teeth, coat and breath. Even the poop will be greatly reduced and smell less!!!

      There is no reason to do this slowly - cold turkey works best! Most people start with chicken as it is easily available and quite cheap to buy. Depending on the size of your dog this could be a drumstick or even half a bird. Just make sure that the pieces are big enough that the dog has to work for his dinner and cannot be gulped. Stick to the one protein source for a few weeks and then add new meats one at a time.

      The general ratio to use, over a week or two, is 70-80% raw meat, 10-15% edible bones and 10-15% offal (half of which is liver). Feed between 2 and 3% of your dog's ideal adult body weight per day. For my 16.5kg stafford this means between 400-500 grams per day. The best way to figure out if this amount is right for your dog is to check his ribs every so often - you should be able to feel them under the skin. Adjust the amount up or down based on his appearance.

    Is their a special cleanse, or soap or anything around my house that could get rid of it? Cause I am not that bad with pimples, but like other teens I don't want them. Any suggestions?

      What you need:
      * Unflavored gelitan
      * spoonful of milk
      * microwave

      1) Take a tablespoon of unflavored gelitan and put it in a small bowl, take the spoonful of milk and mix it together until it is chunky NOT SMOOTH.
      2) Take it and put it in microwave and warm it for 10 seconds, take it out and check if it's cool enough for your skin while it still is warm.
      3) Take your brush or finger and smooth it over your nose, check, forehead, chin or where ever your blackheads are.
      4) Wait for it to dry, about 10 minutes.
      5) peel it off slowly.
      6) Wash your face with cold water to close pores.

      Option 2: Pop it. Not a good thing to do because it can make it worse or just infect it so stay clear of that.

      Well what i can suggest what my Mum used to do for me for the throught and nose Mum boiled water and put vix vapour cream in to desolve and left a tea towel over it and let it cool down till it was still hot but not boiling so i wouldnt burn myself, leave the pot on a table and i kept a towel over my head andf over the pot so i could breath it in for up to 5min at a time then take a fresh air and keep doing it as often as i could.
      Also rub it over the chest and under the nose and back it's vix vapour rub.
      But yeah try that also just water(pref warm it helps clear out the bowels) and warm soup with vegies, i hate vegies always frow them under the fridge or any other crevise but in soup it's great.

      Zinc If you have body odor, try taking zinc tablets. Zinc, plus magnesium, will help balance your body's metabolism and reduce the cause of bad odor. Studies have shown that taking 30 to 50 mg daily will dramatically reduce certain body odors, although you may need less. Zinc may also reduce perspiration and sweaty feet. However, it is wise to go above 15 mg only with a doctor's supervision as zinc may interfere with the absorption of copper, another essential trace mineral.

      Alcohol/witch hazel Wipe your armpits with alcohol, white vinegar or witch hazel instead of deodorant.

      Alum Try using a crystal rock made from the mineral salt potassium alum instead of a deodorant. It won't keep you dry as an antiperspirant will, but they clog your sweat glands and contain aluminum chlorohydrate, which may lead to future health problems.

      Apple cider vinegar Apple cider vinegar eliminates under arm body odor when used in place of deodorant because it reduces the pH of the skin. Bacteria can't live in areas with low pH.

      • White vinegar is also helpful. Place some on a cotton ball and apply to the underarms instead of deodorant. The vinegar smell is gone in minutes and you should be smell-free all day.

      Baby powder Use baby powder or talc in areas of heavy perspiration.

      Baby wipes (see towelettes below) also work, but the results may be temporary.

      Baking soda Baking soda, the odor-eating standby, can be used instead of deodorant. Just apply the powder to your dry armpits. It will kill bacteria and help absorb perspiration. Cornstarch can also be used instead or mixed with the baking soda.

      Bauxite crystal deodorant works very well at controlling underarm odors.

      Parsley/alfalfa Chewing parsley, alfalfa and other leafy greens will help neutralize body odor, probably because of the deodorizing effect of the chlorophyll.

      Radishes Juice about two dozen radishes, add 1/4 teaspoon of glycerine, and put in a squirt or spray-top bottle. Use as an underarm deodorant or to reduce foot odor.

      Rosemary is an antibacterial herb. Put 8 to 10 drops of the essential oil in 1 ounce of water and appy it where needed.

      Sage Herbalists suggest drinking a cup of sage tea daily to reduce sweat gland activity. This is especially true for those who perspire excessively due to tension. Use 11/2 teaspoonsful of dried sage or two tea bags in one cup of water; steep for ten minutes; drink in small doses throughout the day.

      • Fresh sage leaves blended with tomato juice has been found to be very effective.

      Tea tree is an antibacterial herb. Make a deodorant by putting 2 drops of the essential oil into 1 ounce of water and apply where needed.

      Towelettes (baby wipes) Useful when a tense moment surges the sex hormones which produce fluid under the arms and around the genital areas that, when combined with bacteria, causes odor.

      Turnip juice Turnip juice will reduce underarm odor for up to 10 hours. Grate a turnip, squeeze the juice through cheesecloth, so that you have two teaspoonsful. Wash your armpits first, and vigorously rub one teaspoonful on each one.

      The skin itches at all stages. In the wet stage, it may become infected with bacteria. The healing of the condition is affected by scratching in response to the irritation. Scratching not only spreads infection but also lengthens the stage of dryness and scaling.

      Causes: Allergies play an important part in causing eczema. Some women get eczema on their hands due to an allergy to soap or detergents used to wash clothes or dishes. Some persons develop it around the fingers when they wear rings because of allergy to metals. Researchers at the University of Texas Health Science Centre at San Antonio, in a recent study of children with atrophic eczema, found that 75% were allergic to a number of foods. The most common triggers for sensitive persons are eggs, peanuts, chocolate, wheat, cow’s milk, chicken, and potato.

      The real cause of eczema, however, is the failure of the human system to excrete the poisons from the various orifices of the body. Waste matter is excreted from the rectum through stools, from the bladder through urine, from the lungs through breath and from the pores of the skin through sweat. Sometime the pores of the skin are overworked, as waste matter is not properly eliminated from the other orifices. If the pores are not given the chance to perform their normal function, the sweat will be full of morbid matter and this gives rise to skin diseases like eczema, acne, boils, and other eruptions.

      Other causes include faulty metabolism, constipation, nutritional deficiencies, and stress brought about by nagging spouses, jealousy, frustration, and a host of other emotions. Suppressive drug treatment of the formal disease is also a most potent subsidiary causative factor in many cases.

      The Cure: Skin applications to cure eczema may give temporary relief. If the exudation is suppressed, some other more serious disease may develop. The best way to deal with eczema is to cleanse the blood stream and the body.

      The treatment should start with a fast on orange juice and water from five to days, depending on the severity and duration of the trouble. Juice fasting will help eliminate toxic waste from the body and lead to substantial improvement. In some cases, the condition may worsen in the beginning of the fast due to the increased elimination of waste matter through the skin. But as fasting continues, improvement will manifest itself.

      Fruits, salt free, raw or steamed vegetables with whole meal bread or chappatis may be taken after the juice fast. Carrot and musk melon are particularly beneficial. Coconut oil may be used instead of ghee. After a few days, curd and milk may be added to the diet. The patients may thereafter gradually embark upon a well-balanced diet of three basic food groups, namely (i) seeds, nuts, and grains, (ii) vegetables, and (iii) fruits. The large proportion of the diet should consist of raw foods. Seeds and beans such as alfalfa, mung, and soyabeans can be sprouted.

      This diet may be supplemented with cold-pressed vegetable oils, honey, and yeast. Juice fasting may be repeated at intervals of two months or so, depending on the progress being made, in chronic and more difficult cases of eczema, patient should fast at least once a week till he is cured.

      The patient should avoid tea, coffee, alcoholic beverages, and all condiments and highly flavoured dishes. He should also avoid sugar, white flour products, denatured cereals like polished rice, and pearled barley and tinned or bottled foods. He should eat only pure and wholesome foods.

      Raw vegetable juices, especially carrot juice in combination with spinach juice, have proved highly beneficial in the treatment of eczema. The formula proportions considered helpful in this combination are carrot 300 mL and spinach 200 mL to make 500 mL or half a litre of juice. The patient should get as much fresh air as possible. Restrictive clothing should not be worn. 2-3 L of water should be taken daily and the patient must bath twice or thrice a day. The skin, with the exception of the parts affected with eczema, should be vigorously rubbed with the palms of the hands before taking the bath.

      Coconut oil may be applied to the portions with eczema. It will help the skin to stay soft. Walking or jogging should be resorted to in order to inactivate the bowels. Sun bathing is also beneficial as it kills the harmful bacteria and should be resorted to early in the morning, in the first light of dawn. A light mudpack should be applied over the sites of the eczema is also helpful. The pack should be applied for an hour at a time and should be repeated twice or thrice a day.

      Water Treatment: In cases of acute eczema, cold compress, or cold-wet fomentations are beneficial. The affected part should be wrapped with a thick soft cloth. The cloth should be moistened with cold water (55-60 degrees F) every 15-30 minutes for two hours at a time. The bandage should be left intact, keeping the cloth cold. There may be intensification of itching or pain initially but this will soon subside. A cold compress may be applied twice daily for a week or so.
